Why Assura Advisory Was Founded

Assura Advisory was founded with a simple aim: to provide schools, Single Academy Trusts (SATs) and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) with practical, independent and sector-focused assurance and consultancy services that genuinely add value.

Having worked extensively across the education sector, we recognised that many organisations were facing increasing levels of scrutiny, compliance requirements and operational challenges, whilst also managing significant financial pressures and striving to deliver the very best outcomes for children and young people.

Too often, assurance activities can become a compliance exercise focused solely on identifying weaknesses. We believe there is a better approach.

Assura Advisory was established to provide a collaborative service that not only offers independent assurance but also supports leaders, governors and trustees in strengthening controls, improving processes, managing risk and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
